I am so pissed! Been on hold now for over 2 hours and 50 mins as I a being transferred to a 3rd department within Telus mobility! Trying to migrate one business account to a personal prepaid account. Waited 15 mins for business customer service who said I needed consumer division, and was put on hold for an hour to get transferred. Once I got through, was told that to transfer a business line to a prepaid that I needed to speak with the prepaid department… over and hour and a half later the prepaid agent told me that the business department should have done this! Three hours have now gone by. This is completely unacceptable!
