Has anybody ever had luck changing a business account to personal account?? No longer have a business and want a less expensive personal plan. Went into a Telus store and was told to call Telus support. Called and Telus support told me they couldn’t help me as it was a business plan, and they transferred me to the “business” department. The Business dept told me they couldn’t help as they only deal with business accounts and I want a personal account.
This seems crazy that I can’t switch this and that no one can assist me. But I was told I could take my number to another carrier lol.
