Bait and switch huh...Telus targeted us with an exclusive offer then pulled all the same wonderful. But then customer service reps said they would honor it and got my wife into the device and contract then stalled when we questioned things until cancellation period had passed and then sent a text that reads-Hi there your price match request for #------- was declined. Please contact telus webstore for support after numerous lies and passing me around from one person to another they keep trying different approaches rather than honoring the offer so I tell them just to cancel and then they want to negotiate again and transfer me to escalation same as last week...from just under 15.00 to 60 per month for the device alone for 2 years that's a 1000 bucks so if it was a mistake as they suggest why did it wait until after cancellation period to tell us they weren't going to honor it...And why is the same technique being applied to others...Dishonest AI sales tactics is obviously backed by Dishonest management looking to point at anything but themselves
