I must say after 3 weeks and numerous hours invested to get what was offered up front is exhausting. Within the hour of posting this I had a call from telus stating they will honor the pricing as she can see the order and that it was cancelled, with no explanation as to why. I am left to assume so they could sell the phone to someone else for more. none they are just trying to take it elsewhere and pretend they are going to help...Ours was with phones, but same scams it is corporate that operates in this manner. I have had telus rep tell me that this is what they do and then people are blaming stores...We confirmed our deal up front and got confirmation letter...Telus has tried everything to stop the original agreed to contract that they used to send us looking for the phone so they could confirm once we found phone everything was good to go, then send us a text that we didn't meet the eligibility criteria...But you snt us an exclusive offer and sent confirmation to us that that offer was valid...2.7KViews0likes2CommentsRe: Bait and switch
Bait and switch huh...Telus targeted us with an exclusive offer then pulled all the same wonderful. But then customer service reps said they would honor it and got my wife into the device and contract then stalled when we questioned things until cancellation period had passed and then sent a text that reads-Hi there your price match request for #------- was declined. Please contact telus webstore for support after numerous lies and passing me around from one person to another they keep trying different approaches rather than honoring the offer so I tell them just to cancel and then they want to negotiate again and transfer me to escalation same as last week...from just under 15.00 to 60 per month for the device alone for 2 years that's a 1000 bucks so if it was a mistake as they suggest why did it wait until after cancellation period to tell us they weren't going to honor it...And why is the same technique being applied to others...Dishonest AI sales tactics is obviously backed by Dishonest management looking to point at anything but themselves1.6KViews0likes0Comments
