Has anyone had a bad/ weird experience with the Telus Store at Londonderry Mall?
I’m still waiting the investigation but I’m pretty sure they ran an unauthorized hard credit check after having a perfect payment record with them since 2012 (that I did not authorize or was even aware of). The guy really wanted me to convince my husband to switch to their cable services & call him back the next day before “the big sale would be over” so I’m not sure if he went ahead and did that in preparation we would say “yes” but it was NOT authorized. Also we did not call back because the answer was no. I had already called my husband while sitting with the sales person and my husband said “no” but he (salesperson) kept giving me all these rates/ prices to take home and convince him otherwise. Anyways after that my credit rating dropped over 10 points and the only recent change was to my Telus account; and I still have a perfect payment record. (I have an Equifax membership and a TransUnion membership because I’m **bleep** about my credit lol).
