This non english speaking service is a joke.
Telus do better, I have not been able to properly get things resolved. These yahoos from different countries no jack about our mobility services. I spoke to three different people asking to speak to an english speaking one. Only to get a thicker accent time and time again.
DISGUSTING, may be leaving Telus because of this.
I get a rate reduction only to get a bill for the only rate.
