As someone who has worked in customer service within the tourism industry for 15 years, I was pleasantly surprised by Manal’s professionalism, kindness, and ability to resolve my issue with ease. In the past, I have spent around an hour on small inquiries, but today, I had two major requests, and Manal resolved everything in just 20 minutes.
