Great assistance to apply for new iPhones for me and my wife
I’ve been with TELUS for over a year, and I am very happy with both the mobile internet and the services, as well as with my home internet. Everything has been perfect. I would also like to mention customer service representative Manal S. As someone who has worked in customer service within the tourism industry for 15 years, I was pleasantly surprised by Manal’s professionalism, kindness, and ability to resolve my issue with ease. In the past, I have spent around an hour on small inquiries, but today, I had two major requests, and Manal resolved everything in just 20 minutes. Thank you for having such outstanding staff!
