i bought a new samsung 24 phone for my father and he lives in another province. I called his number and he didn't answer but called me back shortly after and said he cannot answer calls but can make calls. He said that when he touches the call answer button nothing happens????
To answer calls, you need to swipe up on the answer button for the device to answer the call. Check for app, OS, and security updates as well, just to make sure the device has all of the latest apps and firmware.
