change name greeting in voicemail

i cant change my voicemail name greeting, it literally has no option to let me change it

i can change greetings but none of those are my name greeting

We have the following instructions to change the voicemail name greeting, so you can give this a try:

1. Dial 1 followed by your 10-digit phone number from your handset.
2. Enter your password when prompted.
3. Select option 3 for Greetings.
4. Choose option 1 for Personal Greetings.
5. Select option 3 to Record Greeting.
6. Record your new greeting (up to 1 minute) and press the # key to end recording.
7. Finally, press the # key to accept the new greeting.
