Hello, I need answers to a situation I’m currently going through with this company. I purchased a phone and decided to trade in my old one for credit. Its been 2 GOD **bleep** MONTHS and still no credit to my account… How do i file a complaint by email? Has this ever happen to anyone else? Is that common thing among this company? I’ve never experienced such a horrible customer service with a cell provider in my life. I’ve called multiple times and every time was replied with a different BS. Can someone provide the email to file a complaint? Thanks in advance
