EPP Price Match - no response

Just Moved In

Submitted two requests within the price match period via the price match form and received text confirmation that the requests went through and will be processed within 15 days. It’s past the deadline and haven’t heard anything, and I see no adjustments on my device balance.

 

Anyone actually had success with Telus honouring their price match policy?
