Issues with Telus email

Just Moved In

I have a new iPhone, my email was working fine up until a week ago, then it stopped downloading email. I deleted the account and then tried to add it again and have been unable to do so, it seems to be to do with IMAP and then it says to check my network connection, which I have done and it is fine. I don’t know how to fix this, frustrating.

Is there a difference being on Wi-Fi versus cellular data?


Make sure you have followed these directions, and your password and email are correctly entered. I double check against a webmail login.

I tried everything including your suggestion about setting up on cellular, and nothing worked. I then realized that my granddaughter, unbeknownst to me, had added VPN, once I disconnected that I was able to set up my Telus email account.
