Double billed for my IPhone, What can I do or who can I contact

Hi,

I recently switched to Bell after many years with telus, but I still had a contract with one of my phones, which still owed money approx $1500. which was the termination charge from Telus, which I was ok with. But after a couple of weeks Telus called me back and offered me a better deal, so I came back with my 3 lines. The phone plans were great, but they reurned my Iphone back the payment plan and did not cancel the termination fee. resulting in charging me double the price for my phone.

I have called back and spent hours waiting and transfered back and forth between agents saying its not their department and after 8 hours they disconnected me and didnt give me a call back. Very fustrating please help

Hi @mahken - Even though you are back, you still cancelled your line so the cancellation fees are still valid since you are no longer on a service agreement
