I have my a second phone for a parent that I have turned data off (they only need to make and take phone calls - no texting, no internet) yet my invoice shows data usage daily? Anyone know why?

How much data is it using, and what phone is it? Many phones will connect to the data network and transfer a few bytes of data when first connecting to the network. There may still be a setting Telus can change on the account to fully block data use, which requires you to call them to apply.
