How can TELUS rationalize talking over 1 month to do a home install? the internet is an essential service, and people cannot be without internet for this amount of time. Would you expect people to be without water or heat for over a month? Why exactly wont Telus just hire more installers so they can bridge the gap?

Hi @tpots38 - this sounds like we need time to install the fibre drop to your home. We usually book 3 weeks ahead to allow our crew to be able to construct the fibre line and to allow them ample time to overcome issues.
