No, The fiber was pulled into the main tel room Of my building. The home install team could not figure out how to drill through the wall in order to connect my unit to the fibre box. The senior technician told me they would send a secondary team to figure out how to drill in a few days. It’s been 7 days and no one has reached out to me or anything. How can TELUS rationalize talking over 1 month to do a home install? the internet is an essential service, and people cannot be without internet for this amount of time.
