My voicemail on my ll is no longer working. I have to contact telus and I am so frustrated. The AI bot thing makes me insane and then I ask for an agent and of course the wait is ridiculous and why is the NO CALL BACK OPTION! They used to have it. Why am I paying thousands of dollars a year to this company and canโt talk to a human person about my issue?!! So fed up

Yes - I am told โcall cannot be completed as dialled.โ Call Telus. But I donโt have unlimited hours waiting to talk to someone.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I finally got through to someone and they were very helpful. Apparently my features were taken off without my knowledge. Seems the contract changed and I lost the voice mail option. So she restored it but when I went to check it today, my old password wouldnโt work. How do I change it?

figured it out!! Thanks no need to message now. Only took two days to sort it all out. Once you get a real person they are very helpful but itโs the getting to them that is so frustrating.
