Unlimited internet home solutions Removed

Telus when updating home security the agent took away my other services. Ie. Internet. Optic TV and landline. After 4 phonecalls I have a 4th contract. The intent. Keep as is. But. The infamous wisdom of last agent removed unlimited internet. I now have a cap of 1000gb. How imperative to have unlimited vs 1000. The closest we've used is 800 in 3 years?
I would appreciate others views and feedback. Thank you

Thanks for verifying! Actually looking at your account, you do have unlimited data on there. We also see the comment left by the agent yesterday in the morning stating just that. The unlimited data was removed in error, it's now been added back on, and you're good to go. It may SHOW 1000gb as that's just a system setting, but the unlimited data add-on is definitely locked in.

I must say this last situation has been confusing with many phone calls.

Yesterday I had extra time so called directly. Thus the 2 different forums. I had been a doubting Thomas as was told different things.

I too have an issue just like this going on right now, there was a service agreement "update" which removed my no cost unlimited data on my account, charged me an extra $55 a month (for 200 or so GB) and also for whatever reason modified my other promotions for being such a loyal customer to Telus...

 

I don't want to deal with AI chatbot, and don't need the hassle of all the stress this has caused. Please help fix this error and make the appropriate billing adjustments - I'm on a 2 year service agreement and this all was included for a fixed price.

 

Interesting how they usurp previous current contracts. I got mine corrected. With bot. Keep saying I want to speak to a rep. Or call directly.
I'm hoping it's a glitch !
My unlimited was returned. Keep calling.

I got it solved. (Hopefully/Fingers crossed)

Had to type team member to get a true rep to assist through the AI BOT.

 

Was about 3 or 4 issues (changes), made it easy and had the before/after contract details ready to go, took maybe 5 minutes after getting in touch with someone.

 

Hopefully others are not impacted by this same problem.
