So I have unlimited internet for my wifi but I checked the Telus app and found out in may Telus had switched my internet plan without telling me from unlimited to a 1000gb cap for the exact same price and the only way we found out was a warning saying we had almost went over our limit. Is this an error by Telus or has rates changed??

It depends on your plan and whether the unlimited Internet was a promotional add on that has now expired.
