So I have unlimited internet for my wifi but I checked the Telus app and found out in may Telus had switched my internet plan without telling me from unlimited to a 1000gb cap for the exact same price and the only way we found out was a warning saying we had almost went over our limit. Received modem 24 hours ago, still unable to access internet. Customer supports connects after an hour then they keep you on hold for an hour. Apparently people who lived in this place before had internet which is on hold so I can not get internet. Tried so many times calling them, it’s always more than an hour to connect to a person. This is a graph of the Internet availability on my new Fiber Modem; every couple of seconds, it drops to zero for the Internet. I remote VM into clients, and the VM loses connection for about 3 seconds and then is back; I can't work like this. Each host displays a node and from each node they'll need to route you from point A which is your ISP to point b then to point c (point b can be a representation of how many nodes it will take to reach point c which is us). It appears that you're getting network issues at the following host: GTD-THMN-R2.bb.telus.com - This is where you lost connection overall. This is the so called issue, I've talked with supports for the said server (League of legends) and they are telling me the issue is on telus's side or my home network and that I'd need to call support but I don't know how to explain the issue I also have WinMTR logs that could help understand.6KViews0likes7Comments
