I have been having issues with Telus for the last year. They are an awful company and have been taking advantage of my elderly father. They are unable to restrict PPV, over charge for services then promise reimbursements only to go back on their word. They constant lie on the phone, aggressively sell 2 year plans after multiple calls requesting this NOT to happenโฆ the problems go on and on. If you are considering getting any home service with Telus โฆ do not. The only remedy I have found is making a complaint to the CCTS
