Elderly billing overcharge resolution difficulties
the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is beyond horrible. They overcharged my elderly father and I cannot speak with ANYONE about getting the bill adjusted. I am constantly transferred then hung-up on. I have been promised on multiple occasions that someone will call me back and they never do. I have been given multiple escalation numbers with the details of the concern and now they have apparently been "removed from the system". Today the agent I spoke to (Mario Gil) was extremely rude on the phone, was demeaning in his tone and VERY confrontational . I will be requesting a transcript of the call.
