Recently joined Telus fiber plan, but was charged additionally.

Hi

 

I recently joined Telus fiber optik plan (1000 GB), upon checking my first bill, I was charged additional $18 for home security plan, which I did not agreed to enrolled with.

 

Please contact me immediately to cancel this part of the plan which I have never agreed with. All I need is the internet, nothing more.
