I have a telus Internet via Rural Smart Hub(uses sim card)-SmartHub Business. The instructions that came with is say to use this app to help with issues. It even has a qr code to download this app. I can not login to the app all. Just the web interface which is different and does not have what I want.. If i call telus they just tell me I can not use this app just the web interface...even though the manual says I can and should use this app. Does anyone else have this issue? thank you

@Toddz Can you clarify which app you're referring to? The contents will likely include a QR code that directs to the App Store/Google Play and should be for the My Account app which is a mobile interface for our website: telus.com/myaccount
