My internet and phone was with Shaw. I have received my final bill from Shaw and I see I have been charged an early cancellation fee of $210 That isn’t what the Telus salesman told me at the door when I signed up with Telus. He told me Telus would take care of the cancellation and the fee. Unless Telus is applying a $210 credit to my first bill? I don’t see evidence of that either.
