Billing issue
My monthly bill is always the same for my home services - around $180 and I have monthly billing on my credit card. All of a sudden on my April Telus statement which appeared as a May charge on my credit card, my bill is $247.88 including a $60 activation fee. My home landline is finally working after 3 months of messaging Telus and finally getting a technician out. But now with call control or even without, there is no longer any call display on my Telus home phone lite. Calls just show as "private caller". It indicates on the Telus app that I should be able to select the call display feature myself and just add it. But I can't and the trouble shooting article which is supposed to help me isn't on the app either. Just got back from vacation and was messaging/posting here while I was away. I see that my home land line has been activated and the correct phone number shows up on the Telus app and also when I make a call to it from my cell phone. Now that I am home, I realize there still isn’t any dial tone in the house. I need this fixed. I started dealing with this two weeks ago! This also means my home alarm system isn’t being monitored because i don’t have cellular backup - it uses a land line. First off, I would like to get the home land line working. My internet and phone was with Shaw. I have received my final bill from Shaw and I see I have been charged an early cancellation fee of $210 That isn’t what the Telus salesman told me at the door when I signed up with Telus. He told me Telus would take care of the cancellation and the fee. Unless Telus is applying a $210 credit to my first bill? I don’t see evidence of that either.1.2KViews0likes1Comment
