Not receiving the waybill

I cancelled my home internet October 31st.  The agent said I would receive an email with the instructions to return the equipment after the 7th.  Now is the 13th, still haven’t received the waybill.  The Virtual Agent hasn’t been helpful.  Which number can I call?

Is that info only for US residents? I am not in US. Secondly, where can I get the info of what to pack…other than the internet gateway

No, this is for Canada. All the info is in that post regardless of the type of equipment.
