Requesting Refund for Overpaid Cancelled Account

Hi There,

 

We have been receiving the below bill details last 3 months for the cancelled Telus account, but the refund cheque has not been received yet.

  • Due to an overpayment, bill credit or partial refund, you have no balance owing this billing cycle. Your available bill credit will be automatically applied to future charges or refunded if applicable. No payment is required this billing cycle.

Could you please help us getting the refund ? Please contact via email/ Phone number attached the account number.
