Cancel order
I received a call from 780-925-8777, who told me they are from Telus, offering monthly discounts and phone regarding the Loyalty program.
I have just realized that this could be a scam but have put the online order via My Telus app a minute ago. Is there any way to cancel the order?
That is not a known Telus number so yes, it was likely a scam. Did you give them your login and password by any chance? or did you click a link on an email they sent you? I'd recommend changing your password as the first thing. You will then want to CALL Telus right away to discuss your account. Telus Mobility #: 1-866-558-2273
