I wish Telus would remind their customers their promotion is about to expire before billing for the full amount. I think giving the customer a chance to renew and pay a lower cost would be great, especially in today's economy.

All dates such as promo end dates, etc. are always listed on bills. We used to call customers to advise of it, but with people no answering calls due to spam, etc. the billing notes, etc. were all moved to billing.
