I submitted a request to move my fibre Internet at the beginning of next month as I’m moving. My plan isn’t quite a year old so I gotta take it with me. I got an email today confirming my request and explaining how to set up Internet at the new location myself, as all the equipment is already there and set up. But when I got home today, after receiving that email, I have no Internet connection. I requested my current Internet be disconnected and moved, two weeks from now when I move. Nothing I’m doing is getting my Internet up and running again! So I’m assuming they made a mistake and disconnected me already. I can’t get anyone on the phone or any help from the chat bot!
