My installation has been confirmed between 4 to 6 times, within weeks, and days before the schedule day. It still pending, should be happen today between 9 to 11 am but nobody has called or let me know why the delay. Im waiting and I cannot reschedule. I'm just about to start with Telus and the service start to worry me. Don't exist a person I could talk only the chat robot. I will appreciate somebody call me and explain me the delay. Contact me urgently.

Telus does not read these probably because it would make them want to actually try and make some services work right. I have had this issue multiple times when getting equipment. Just phone say what the heck do you want my money and they should send someone.
