Hello TELUS Forums,
After speaking with a Rep and successfully changing providers from Shaw to TELUS, the agent told me he would cancel Shaw for me. And that they would handle any fee or there would not be a cancelation fee.
However, after TELUS cancelled Shaw. Shaw has emailed me with a $600 fee for early cancelation.
I would have just stayed with Shaw if I had to pay the fee. Please help!
