Can I waive my cancellation fee?
I am gonna move to new place, and the place provide network. Now, My telus plan still have 12 months. Is it possible to waive the cancellation fee?
Thanks for reaching out. We understand that moving can come with many changes. However, the cancellation fee is not waived if you're ending your service before the end of your contract term, even if your new residence includes internet service. You can however transfer your service to your new place.
