My installation has been confirmed between 4 to 6 times, within weeks, and days before the schedule day. It still pending, should be happen today between 9 to 11 am but nobody has called or let me know why the delay. Im waiting and I cannot reschedule. I'm just about to start with Telus and the service start to worry me. Don't exist a person I could talk only the chat robot. I will appreciate somebody call me and explain me the delay.
