I got a security, phone, and internet package with Telus and Start. The security drops for no reason and has to be reset frequently. When it is reconnected to the internet, the internet drops. When the power goes out, the internet won't come back on without a complete factory reset.
Trust me, I've gone through this whole process on the phone with technicians several times, and have done it correctly.
The security doesn't work, and the internet is ineffective. When I was with execulink, I was able to easily get help, here it seems impossible to talk to a human.
I'm going to look into getting rid of this whole package. I can't afford to financially, it will mean a leaner Christmas, but I can't be spending hours of my time dealing with this anymore. I have a sick baby who has been in the hospital, and being forced to trouble shoot for hours has been a nightmare.
