How do I file a formal complaint, in writing, to Telus that will actually get dealt with by someone who understands the liabilities their call center staff create?

If you haven't seen this, it would probably be a good start:

That is only available in Quebec and British Columbia.  Us poor Albertan's can't use that functionality.

Albertans can go here. There's no physical address listed to send snail mail, but that form is the next step once all other avenues for support have been exhausted.
