How do you get Telus to do customer service they brag about

So, I have been wasting away my life for 2 months trying to get Telus to replace one of their broken Lock Boxes in our Condo Complex. This lockbox holds the keys to our communication room so technicians can access equipment.  I have spent easily 20 hours, promised 3 appointments, supposedly escalated the situation to management and zilch.  Empty promises (or pure lies) about resolving.  I am now going to suggest anyone wanting service go to Rogers.
