I have heard your empty promises soo many times. Do not contact me unless you have a definite 100% fixed date for the installer with the lock box. I simply do not want anymore excuse or fake promises or apologies, they are empty words. Contact can be address is (removed personal info), the case has been going on since Sept 7th. So, I have been wasting away my life for 2 months trying to get Telus to replace one of their broken Lock Boxes in our Condo Complex. This lockbox holds the keys to our communication room so technicians can access equipment. I have spent easily 20 hours, promised 3 appointments, supposedly escalated the situation to management and zilch. Empty promises (or pure lies) about resolving. I have noticed that Telus hot spots do not seem to send a confirmation email when registering to email addresses that have a "dot" in the address. Example [email protected]. If you use an email without the dot, all is fine. I have contacted Telus for this situation in our Condo building (Surrey BC). Doe not work in ours, have noticed same in other other spot. Do "dot", no problem. Telus...any plans to EVER fix this. We have been chasing you for going on 6 months.1.3KViews0likes0Comments
