Our Landline has been down for three days. We live north of Cremona, this most likely is impacting our neighbors as well.

I have had really bad experience with Telus for solving the cable issue sice three day ago without fixing the problem until now! We still have inter outage now. Their efficiency is really low and horrible coordination between different departments! The worst is that their management is tactful but is for blinding customers even we are really frustrated about th down service. The customer has to accept their postpond solution finally because any possible further help is cut by them.
