Hi I am wondering about late fees and possible disconnection.

I have $3.13 in bill fees and payment was due two days ago. I will have it paid by next week because money is tight. I was wondering about how long Telus will allow a fee to be unpaid and from there, how long I have until Telus disconnects me from my phone plan.? I’ll have money by next Tuesday. I also heard about the one time credit they can do, so I wanted to ask if I could use that in this situation?
