Fibre Optic Internet - static IP address registration portal?

Any clue when the self service site to register a static IP to MAC address will be available on the fibre Internet network?

There used to be one for copper DSL lines, but now it just redirects to a web page that says to call a number.

I don't want to spend hours on the phone each time.

I have a business connection with the added 5 static IP's.

Also, there should be a way as well to setup reverse DNS lookups for those IP's. I believe SHAW has this feature for their business customers.

As a business account, I suggest you contact the number you referenced. I have found the business contacts to take very little time.
