I need to speak with a Telus agent about my account and have used the chatbot to request an agent.
At the designated times, I receive a voice mail only advising of their unsuccessful attempt to call me. I do not receive a ring on my phone.
Can you suggest a solution?

Do you have call control enabled? It's possible this is sending them to voice mail.
