I had a random call offering me a free Apple TV, pickTv and crave for $10 plus my current internet price for two years. He said this price was guaranteed for 2 years.
I am currently on a two year agreement until the end of 2020 and he said this new one replaces that one so it is two years from now.
How do I make sure this is all true? I just have a phone call and nothing to prove it if I have billing issues come up. He said the offer would be emailed but only after I agree on the phone to accept it. I just want to see what I am agreeing to and have proof incase something comes up...
