I am in the same boat, its been almost 2 months now and no shipping confirmation yet. can you assist me with an answer as I spoke to TELUS and they gave me Samsung's # and they reversed it back to TELUS.

Is that 2 months from the installations date Tbonne44? It can take up to 4-8 weeks from the date you have services installed (not ordered).

Yep, just happened to us. We switched from Rogers to Telus because our tv died & wanted to take advantage of the free offer. I hadn’t heard anything re: the shipment for 4 weeks so I called Telus 3 times today, each time given a different story. First, I was told that it was originally ordered but cancelled the next day because I changed my package (which obviously I didn’t). The second time I called I was told that I cancelled the tv 🙄. The third time I called they told me that it wasn’t cancelled but they had no idea where it was. This unfortunately is what happens when you outsource to a SE Asian country. I finally called the local Telus store at the mall and even though they were limited to yhe information they could find out he said he’d look into it & call me back. 20 minutes later he called me back & repeated that his info was limited he could see that the order was cancelled for no reason at all. He basically told me if I can’t get the tv shipped then to just cancel my service. Yes Telus, your own employee knows how crappy you treat your customers and told me to cancel!

In the same boat as so many others here, and continually getting the run-around when I call trying to get this resolved.
Service installed on March 3. It's now July 2 — Monday will be 18 weeks since my install. There is no record of an order (got an email from Samsung confirming that) and each time I call to try and resolve the issue, I'm told someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours and NO ONE EVER CALLS.
Was offered a discount on my monthly costs and a credit for my account, but here's the thing: I WANT THE TV I WAS PROMISED! I pay for top end service, my bills are always paid in full, on time... I WANT MY TV!
You ran the promotion — you're still running the promotion now! — so make good on your promise and GET ME MY TV!
I don't want to speak to someone that will open a ticket that needs to be addressed by the Telus Back End team. I don't want your understanding of my frustrations. I WANT THIS ABSOLUTE MESS OF A SITUATION RESOLVED!

Well that's a complete load of nonsense.
Your promotion was "sign up for this bundle and we'll give you a free 55" 4k TV" with zero mention of "in lieu of monthly discounts." I wouldn't want discounts anyway... I want the TV.

Within a promotional period you can change your mind and go for the Gift With Purchase instead.
