Small Business Plan Application Status

I am writing to express my concern about the lack of communication regarding my small business plan application, which I submitted on November 30th. I have been unable to reach the sales representative who assisted me, despite repeated attempts by phone and email.

 

To date, I have promptly responded to all requests for information and documentation, ensuring my application is complete. However, I am unable to get an update on the status of my application.

 

Furthermore, I have had trouble reaching your customer service line at 1-855-609-2606. My calls have been disconnected, unanswered, or transferred to the French department despite not requesting this.

 

Could someone please look into my application and provide an update as soon as possible?

Is there anyone who can help with this?
