I have 4 business lines with Telus, and 3 of them are up for renewal. I've been in discussions with a sales rep for weeks, with multiple emails exchanged, but now they’ve gone completely unresponsive. When I reached out to customer care today, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful response. It feels like Telus only cares about acquiring new customers while completely neglecting their existing loyal ones. This experience has been beyond frustrating and disappointing. Is this how Telus values its long-term clients?
