I had an install Monday and another on Tuesday, business installs requiring a technician at site for a 8 to 4 appointment. Both jopbs Static Ip's are not working by Friday and now we have to send a technican to site at both locations again. the cost is $1600 per site while a technician twiddles his thumbs because Telus cannot activate their system correctly.
