Signed up for a new Optik tv package. First what I got was every channel available to Telus but no ability to record anything. Called Support, they put a ticket in. Next day had to log in again on the optik boxes, now I can record but now I have very limited channels. Not what I signed up for. I try to go online to change my channels, I get nothing but error messages. Telus Web, Telus App, and directly on the TV all show errors. I have sent a direct message to Telus Support, one and half days later and there is no response from Telus. If I have to call Telus, this will be the third call to them to fix this. I have been with Telus for OVER 25 years, never have had such horrible customer service.

I agree, as I too have been a customer for 25 years! I have made 6 phone calls in the last 2 weeks to get my "Essential " channels to work. Tickets have been forwarded however this situation has not been resolved! This is NOT the Telus of old!
